We absolutely do. We take our photos in house and very seriously. We use a process called HDR (High Definition Rendering) Basically 3 photos of the same shot, all stacked on top of each other so every part of your beautiful home is captured.

Are there any hidden fees?
Nope. Besides our negotiable 1.5% listing fee. We have a transaction coordination fee of $400 paid at closing. This fee is something many companies charge on top of a higher commission. We utilize this so we can continue to offer full service while helping others. Also, as a buyers representing agent we cover this fee.
